All in all a shocking place. My whole family, and extended family, are with this practice - really wish we were not though. from times when we could see him face to face - which hasn't happened in 18 months -Dr Marcos does not listen. He does not/cannot explain his decisions. He uses archaic methods (blood pressure for example). He is dismissive of patients concerns. He has offered incorrect advice, particularly on "female" issues, to my teenage daughter that wasn't just wrong it was 20 years out of date (my wife was horrified as was the female locum in the same practice - but of course nothing will happen). With the current system - a phone call if lucky - again he doesn't listen, quick to prescribe same old same old - even if symptoms have recurred, lets do same as last time that didnt work - and when this is pointed out he ignores you. he is on auto pilot now. for extended family, pensioners, still poor advice. we have medical practitioners in the family, and they are always shocked at his advice/diagnosis. one of his advice was not to do exercise to lose weight! asked why. as exercise makes you eat more............unbelievable all in all - we do not trust this doctor at all. the locum is great though - but i think everyone knows that so it is impossible to get an appointment with her.

Doctors at The White Practice are incredibly knowledgeable, respectful and welcoming. Doctor was able to diagnose my pain quickly and provided clear and easy to understand steps for my recovery. The reception team always able to help, very professional and friendly service

I honestly don’t think I have ever been to a worse doctors surgery, one of the receptionists is lovely whilst the other is such a rude person, doesn’t acknowledge when someone is standing right in front of her. But mainly Dr Morcos is one of the worst doctors I have ever come across, he doesn’t listen to what you are saying properly and just prescribes random medicine to you.

Receptionists are lovely and extremely helpful go out of their way in the best way they can to help as for the doctor he is extremely ignorant lack of compassion for his patients refuses to listen and understand the patient's situation for example I have just had knee reconstruction was meant to be day surgery but was kept in hospital for 2 nights as I was having extreme painful muscle spasms in my leg that had just been operated on the hospital discharged me 3 days later medication was written out in hospital discharge letter as I have to do home physio to regain the use of my leg Dr Moorcros refused to follow orthopaedic consultants instructions regarding medication I was at the receptionist desk while I'm meant to be at home on bed rest trying to get suitable medication that the hospital had stated I need whilst this was happening the doctor sat at a desk just behind the receptionist and refused to talk to me refused to provide me with medical treatment may I add this is after knee reconstruction I am on crutches with a knee brace only just out of hospital in extreme agony in my view he is neglected the welfare of myself and his duty of care to a patient and his obligation that he had taken to become a medical professional underoath to care 4 people I am now and even more pain very distressed and very upset that I am unable to get the care and the right medication that I am entitled to whilst this distressing situation was going on I actually had my carer with me as I am unable to drive at present and need constant assistance at home I have been denied the suitable medication that the hospital have said I should be taken for meet again a less painful recovery I would not recommend this doctor to anyone as he simply does not care and it is absolutely appalling when a patient is standing there in tears barely able to stand and the doctor is just ignoring his Duty and his patient
